At Boone Homes, we believe strong partnerships with real estate professionals lead to better experiences for our homeowners. That's why we're proud to offer a 2.5% commission on the final sales price, including eligible upgrades and design options, while also providing ongoing support and opportunities designed specifically for our realtor partners.

Our commitment extends well beyond the sale. Throughout the year, we host educational sales meetings at our model homes and local real estate offices, giving agents the opportunity to learn about new communities, floor plans, incentives, and upcoming opportunities. We also offer our Boone Bonus Punch Card Program, rewarding agents for introducing their clients to Boone Homes, along with exclusive events and networking opportunities created to help our realtor partners grow their business.

Each year, we also host our Preferred Agent Event, recognizing the agents who have partnered with Boone Homes throughout the year while offering an exclusive first look at what's ahead. It's our way of saying thank you to the real estate professionals who continue to place their trust in Boone Homes and recommend us to their clients.

In 2023 and 2024 alone, Boone Homes paid more than $1.3 million in commissions to Richmond-area real estate professionals. We remain committed to building lasting relationships with the realtor community through responsive communication, valuable resources, and partnerships that benefit both agents and their clients.
