The quality is excellent. Everyone we have dealt with has been exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, courteous and very friendly. We couldn’t be happier with our home here at Villas at Swift Creek!

The people we dealt with were great: William Harper, Carolyn McMahon, Augusta Jarvis and Mike Lantz. All the sub contractors and vendors were dependable and overall the building process was high quality, and well planned throughout. Communication and recordation was clear and honest.

We loved the end-to-end experience. Starting from the sales process, the structural design, the exceptional building process with William, the selection and interior-exterior design support from Carolyn and Susan, and after-sales support from Mike. Every vendor we met for product selection had the same positive attitude and approach to customer service. A very special callout to William and Carolyn.

His vast knowledge of the process, coupled with his ability to listen and follow up, as well as discussing options available to us, has been huge. The quality is important to your company's reputation, and you have continued with the high quality. This is my third Boone home and this house is of high quality as were my previous two. We went out of our way to buy a Boone Home due to the reputation of high quality.

We are not aware of another builder who takes the time to help build a real sense of community in their developments the way y'all do. While it is definitely great customer service, it is also clear that Boone has a real concern for people who want to create homes and not just build houses. That concern, along with Boone’s commitment to quality, is why we are building our first (and probably last) house with Boone.
