Just wanted to send you a note about Justin, who has been a key driver on our new home experience. His vast knowledge of the process, coupled with his ability to listen and follow up, as well as discussing options available to us, has been huge. He is one of the best I have seen, and I certainly appreciate this caliber of a resource within Boone. Much appreciate him!

William Harper was excellent to work with-- organized, professional, and on time with delivery dates. Boone did a great job keeping to the timeline and helping us meet deadlines. Carolyn and Susan were great to work with for choosing finishes and interior design. They were very knowledgeable and patient. They were happy to price out different options. We hit a minor issue where the quartz in our master bathroom was out of stock, so we chose something else. It ended up not being what we wanted, and Alice and Carolyn helped to order the original choice. We are so happy with how the design finishes turned out and the quality of our home. We have heard from multiple people in the industry how high-quality Boone is.

I love my new Boone Home. It is gorgeous. And, it is going to be even more gorgeous once Angela and I have completed its decoration! My 13-month experience with Boone Homes was exceptional. Your staff is absolutely fabulous. I LOVED everything about John Clevinger & company. I felt welcome at all times, and not one concern was overlooked. John was always present, pleasant, and personable. I feel very fortunate that he was assigned to my home!

We are not aware of another builder who takes the time to help build a real sense of community in their developments the way y'all do. While it is definitely great customer service, it is also clear that Boone has a real concern for people who want to create homes and not just build houses. That concern, along with Boone’s commitment to quality, is why we are building our first (and probably last) house with Boone.

This will be our seventh home purchase, but our first new build.  We appreciate Boone’s “have it your way” approach to personalizing our new home—everyone from the sales staff to the construction and selection teams to the Boone vendors has been professional and most accommodating!

We were very pleased when we learned that Boone Homes was building in Mosaic. We saw the Merecroft Model in other neighborhoods and simply fell in love with it. It soon became clear that this was the floor plan we wanted when we decided to “downsize,” and Mosaic was our neighborhood of choice.  Boone offered us the customization and quality of construction that were key in our selection of a builder. Since Day 1, we have been most impressed with the entire Boone Team, who are responsive and very accommodating. It wasn’t any surprise to us that all of the Boone vendors we met with for our selections rated Boone at the top of their builder’s list. The Boone Homes staff made buying our home in Reed Marsh an enjoyable experience. Everyone is friendly and eager to help and answer any questions. We love the diversity of families in the neighborhood and being so close to many businesses and services in the community; library, YMCA, restaurants, farmers market, post office, gas stations, retail stores, and grocery. We are very happy with our new home and look forward to meeting new friends and making new memories.

In life, you need to hear the good just as much as the bad. So this afternoon, my brother-in-law, who does structural work for an engineering firm, had to meet with a customer in Tarrington who was having issues with their foundation (No, it is not a Boone Home). So he drove by our home and saw the contractors, and walked in and toured the house. He called me after the fact to tell me what he had done and to say that it was one of the best-built houses he had seen from a builder in 5 years. He had seen the plans, but said a part of him did not believe that people built houses like that anymore. If everyone did, he would be without a job.

Our first experience with Boone Homes, Inc. was in 2014, when we decided to downsize and build a home in Kinloch Coach Homes. We cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed working with the sales, selections, and construction staff during the entire building process. After nearly seven years of living in our lovely, highly customized Boone Coach Home, our thoughts became clear to downsize again to a home that would better meet our “aging in place” goals. As we researched smaller homes available in the Manakin Sabot area, no other builder came close to Boone Homes in offering the quality community, features, and the opportunity of building a home to our discerning taste and style. After visiting the model home at Kinloch Villas, we knew that we had made the right decision to build another Boone Home. There could not have been a better team to work with. The great experience for us in choosing Boone Homes once again is the familiar and talented staff and suppliers who ease the stress of the building process. Now we can “enjoy the ride” with Boone Homes a second time! We cannot wait to see everything come together just as we have envisioned. Thank you, Boone Homes!
